Future PAC is a national leader in the fight to protect your privacy on the Internet. TheFuturePAC.com, the website for the Future PAC, is a forum for sharing news, information and resources about Future PAC. Its Privacy Policy reflects his strong commitment to protecting your online privacy and any information you choose to share with us when you log on (we will track people who do not log on), giving you the high quality information, service, and content you should expect from Future PAC. 1. How We Use Information You Provide

We collect a variety of personal information, such as a name, address, telephone number, credit card information, bank account information, email address and/or IM address, or other information about those who register or volunteer on our site, make contributions through our site or use other functions or features on the site. We may obtain information about you from outside sources and add it to or combine it with the information we collect through this site. We use this information to operate this site, support the Future PAC, send you news and information about Future PAC, and to credit those who are organizing support for Future PAC. We will not sell this information to any third party, under any circumstances, and will not provide your name or e-mail address to any entity for commercial purposes. We do work closely with candidates, parties and allied like-minded non-profit organizations and may disclose your name and e-mail address to such campaigns or organizations for their use in campaign and advocacy activities and other purposes.

Online Contributions

We are sometimes required to disclose information regarding our contributions to comply with campaign finance laws. For example, under Federal Election law, we are required to make periodic filings that provide the Federal Election Commission with information on each contributor: name, address, amount of contribution, date of contribution, employer, and occupation. For more information on the FEC, visit their website. To make a contribution online, we also ask for your credit card number and its expiration date.

Contributions to the Women Building for the Future PAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions will be used in connection with the federal elections and are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act including the prohibition on corporate and labor organization contributions. Under California law, union and corporate contributions are permissible and will be used in connection with non-federal elections. An individual or unincorporated business, including partnership, may contribute up to $5,000 in a calendar year to the federal account. Spouses may each contribute up to the limit. All Federally permissible funds will be placed in Women Building for the Future -- The Future PAC /Federal account unless otherwise stated. All corporate and state PAC funds will be placed in the Women Building for the Future -- The Future PAC/State account.

"Send to a Friend" Feature

TheFuturePAC.com makes it easy for you to spread the word about Future PAC with its "Send to a Friend" feature. When you use "Send to a Friend", we may store email addresses or any information about the people you contact.

Children's Information

We believe every precaution must be taken to protect children online. In accordance with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not ask children under 18 for any information, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.

TheFuturePAC.com uses industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. Our server is located in a locked, secure environment, with a guard posted 24 hours a day. For legal and accounting purposes, contribution records and other user information may remain in our database indefinitely. Permission to access your information is granted only to you and persons who need to know that information to provide services to you. Although we make good faith efforts to store information collected by TheFuturePAC.com in a secure operating environment, we cannot guarantee complete security.
